From booking to performance I never had any worries that a professional outfit was going to turn up and perform and, needless to say, I wasn't disappointed. An excellent professional service all-round. -

Alive & Kicking played at our wedding reception in July 2010 and were just brilliant. The professional way they set up without disturbing any of the guests and checked arrangements, making suggestions where needed to keep the evening running smoothly was really appreciated. As for the band itself, they made everyone's evening. We had requested a cover of 'Stand By Me', for our first dance and they played a great version of it - we were so pleased that a song not on their usual set list sounded so good, and it really helped make a special moment for us. We had worried slightly that with the combination of guests we had invited that the dancefloor might remain a little empty, but Alive & Kicking packed it out! Everyone from 10 year-olds to to 80 year-olds was dancing away at some point, and the atmosphere really was exceptional. Some personal touches like banter with the crowd added to the feeling that we got more than we paid for. We can't say enough good things about how much the band contributed to the evening, everyone really enjoyed them and a few said they were thinking of booking them for their own weddings! We booked Alive and Kicking through Alive Network for our wedding in May 2010, and we're really pleased that we did so. They were highly professional both in dealing with us prior to the event, and setting up at the venue. Their performance was everything we had hoped for, and they had the dancefloor filled throughout their sets. A number of our guests have also mentioned how impressed they were by Alive and Kicking compared to artists at other weddings. The service from Alive Network (through Gemma) was helpful and efficient - there was nothing more we could have asked for. We would have no hesitation in recommending Alive and Kicking and Alive Network to others.

Alive and Kicking were absolutely terrific. They are a great bunch of guys and they played fantastic music. There was something for everyone and we bopped all night, some of us oldies will be in pysio for a while; we haven't danced like that in years!

Alive and Kicking were complete professionals, who made every effort to ensure that all the guests had a great time, and we were not disappointed! Unfortunately the night had to come to an end otherwise I think that the guests would have been on the dance floor all night.

I booked Alive and Kicking for my wedding at Alnwick Castle and it was one of the best decisions I made. They were lovely guys, very friendly and professional from start to finish. They played every song I requested and my guests danced all night. I liked to say a massive thank you for being part of the wedding and making the evening reception perfect, thanks again i'll be passing your name on to all my friends. Alive and Kicking were superb, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They looked and sounded the part. The dancefloor was full with all ages. They even suggested our first dance was possibly not the best and came up with a more suitable alternative! They mingled with our guests and truly made our night. It was just a shame I was occupied being the bride that I did not really get much time to meet them. Everyone raved about them. A huge thankyou for making our wedding so successful.

Alive and Kicking were punctual, polite, friendly and professional. Our guests enjoyed them and Chris was lovely; very helpful and played the songs I requested when they were not playing. 10 out of 10
